I am in a mood to make people happy today, though it is not Christmas yet I feel like giving. I filled up 2 musical boxes with a mixtures of necklaces, ear rings, brooches, hand phone chains and hair clips and gave all of them to my domestic worker, Suleni. I also prepared some writing materials, pens and envelops for her so that she is able to send snail mails to her families and friends. She is so delighted and immediately her mouth stretched from left to right showing her set of white teeth. She said she always likes accessories and she bought some using her salary in the past. This is her first time having a musical box too.

I just came back from aqua fitness exercise conducted in KKH. The indoor pool has a nice warm temperature of 32 degree Celsius and its only about 1.5 metres deep. It's a small class with 6 students each time as the pool can only contain that many people at a time. I enjoyed the lesson very much as staying in the water provides buoyancy therefore I feel much lighter and bouncier as well. The therapist teaches us safety, stretching exercises on important muscle group and balancing. I feel so agile in the water, balancing and moving around the pool to me is chicken feet. We get to use a float noodle for another exercise routine and it was really fun! One hour of aqua fitness exercise is definitely not enough. Oh the after effect of pool exercise is terrible though, I felt so HEAVY when I got out of the pool! I felt like I am weight 100 tons and I wasn't as mobile as I was in the water. I had to drag myself to the toilet and although it was only a very short distance. Imagine walking with two sand bags tight to both your feet, that's the feeling.

Headed home after the exercise as I am attending a pre-National Day dinner organized by some RC... Its the same every year but I wonder which MP will come today.
