My dear dear's birthday celebration was really all impromptu. Where to go, what to eat and what to do, everything was very last minute. It's all my fault, I didn't pre-plan any surprise for him, neither did I get him any birthday gift. Luckily my dear dear is a very understanding and earthly guy. Therefore in another words, he is very easily to please. Thank god!
Went Vivo City for lunch at the Kim Gary Hong Kong Cafe, what's wrong with all those sudden boom of Hong Kong cafes every where. Majority of them are selling the same food, bake rice, nissin noodles, peanut butter bread... etc etc.
Anyways after the very usual lunch, I thought of doing something different rather then just shopping around Vivo City. Spotted an oriental looking Chinese junk berth at the harbour and wondering where it will take us to. Walked over to Harbour Front and got more information on it. Its the Harbour cruise on The Imperial Cheng Ho.

Our boarding pass to Imperial Cheng Ho.

Our impromptu itinerary, high tea buffet in Imperial Cheng Ho, cruise through the southern channels of Singapore waters. There was a stopover at Kusu Island to visit the quaint Chinese temple. Total duration, a 2 1/2 hours ride.

Look at our happy faces, I was truly excited as it feels like going on a tour. You know I can't travel to anywhere with my current state right... even though I want to and go ahead to a short trip, I guess I am going to invite lots of trouble and commotion from both side parents.

Jeff's photo trade mark, not peace but a 3. Won't tell you why :P

Waiting for the cruise to sail.

It was a bright and sunny sunday afternoon, Jeff couldn't open his eyes for the camera.

Lovely shot, Jeff still couldn't open his eyes... hahaha I told him that he cannot be a movie star. He won't be able to withstand the powerful flash from huge cameras.

After about 45 minutes, we finally reached Kusu Island. Both Jeff and I haven't been to this island for ages, I came here once and that was when I was still a little child. Didn't have much impression on the island except for the Chinese temple.

Opps here you will be able to see my 5 months pregnant tummy.

The Kusu Island Chinese Temple.

Here is a wishing well.

Turtles

Snake

Me and the clean clear beach. Maybe next time we will come here for picnic instead of crowded Sentosa. hehehe

Can you see Shenton way behind us?

It's time to head back to main land Singapore.

I simply love this man!

Frankly, the food wasn't nice at all.... It was buffet, same goes for the dinner, unless you wanted a different dinning experience and have already tried other cool places, you may want to give it a miss.
Next itinerary was Dinner, and Jeff wanted to have some steak and ribs and we headed down to Suntec City for Tony Romas.

They serve us with 1/4 loaf of jiam tao roti. hehehe

Appetizer, Fried Onions, it's unique and tasty. But must consume them when they are still hot.

Our greens, for good health.

My main course, regular baby back ribs. Huge right, I cannot finish it, gave a portion of it to Jeff.

Jeff's order, Medium done sirloin steak. His plate looked boring without the baby back ribs.

Ah this is better, good things are meant to share.

I believe that I am the one that enjoyed more than Jeff.
