Food for thought

Bird's Nest is both precious and nourishing. It is the saliva of swallows, containing with elements which can stimulate cell and epidermal growth. If the bird's nest is taken regularly, the skin will be glowing and delicate. Bird's Nest is nourishing, appetizing and also good for your eyes. It is also beneficial to elderly and those who has just recovered from illness. Of all the benefits that bird's nest brings, the best part is it taste great too. My mummy usually prepares bird's nest on a quarterly basis and now it's frequency has changed.

Today I had bird's nest again,

It was steamed using the very ancient way, by charcoal. My mum prepared it and my maid looked after the charcoal fire.

After many hours of boiling and simmers, the bird's nest final product is soft and sweet! Feels like eating jelly.

I still have a whole pot of bird's nest left for me... I can practically have it everyday! MAKE SURE I WON'T VOMIT THEM OUT LATER!

See the amount of bird's nest my mummy bought! Wooooooooooooo! I am so lucky! This is expensive stuff, mummy and daddy wants the best for their children. When my baby arrives I believe I will do the same for my baby!

Another big time favourite, Kinder Bueno! Jef bought it at the candy shop in Changi Airport while we were strolling there. It contains 16 individually wrapped bars.... yummy!
